I have literally been playing since January, and very rarely encountered this kind of situation.

At worst, it happens sometimes that my opponent stalls for a couple of minutes, then plays the worst move for me and I am like "wait, did he just entered the position in an engine ?", but then I realize it may also be totally normal to find the best move after a couple of minutes thinking.

I also realized that learning just a couple of things gives you a big edge on opponents who do not. I don't know if you look at video content, books or anything but if you don't, I would advise you to.

Anyway, take a step back. Chess is a game, it has to remain fun. Your whole life does not depend on it. Maybe engage the zen mode in the option ?
