I was inspired to start teaching chess after my own experience working with a chess coach who also learnt chess as an adult and was only a bit higher rated than me.
I found that they were able to ''speak the same language as me'' and that they understood me in a way that someone who learned as a child, or someone much higher rated than me might not be able to. I felt I could do the same for others and so that is what I do now. I wrote a bit more about this here: https://lichess.org/@/TheOnoZone/blog/ono-does-chess-coaching-now/Zi7852Vi

No it is a customisable spreadsheet to track your study.
I respect players of all levels wanting to help others improve. I think you are the most extreme example I have observed. I want to carefully explain my point of view: you're fantastic, please keep updating us on your journey as well as your students.
