It's scary how specifically accurate this is.
A lot of advice I'm reading from prominent teachers, i.e. Avetik, Noel Studer, Nate Solon, etc. advocates for playing a set number of blitz games in each session. In the first instance, this is to ensure that we take time to go back and review the games. Secondly, it can helps us to avoid tilt.
This article makes we think we could similarly set a certain algorithm for our blitz sets that allows us to play more games/additional sets, but only if we score above a predefined percentage in our earlier games, AND only if we are still feeling fresh and focused.
