Great article and that exercise with the computer is such a cool idea. I guess it can be done while working in your own analysis study as well but it feels more proper as a game and you don't risk accidentally looking at the best moves/arrows.
Plans are great, but I feel like the thing is against stronger resistance players often succeed in stopping your plans, which forces you to deviate from your main plan and know many other plans, or know several tiny nuances/tactics in the position that you will be able to use to force your plan through.
It seems like the very strongest moves in chess are those that are multipurpose moves - they have 2 or more possible plans/ideas in them rather than just 1. I think stringing several of these multipurpose moves together is what makes for strong plans and strong players.

Great suggestions!
I think your article is missing a picture though---when mentioning how not to flip the board it just says "[gif]".

Nice use of "going into" the gist of the thing to be presented and putting the full thing as reference. The ideas first. The gif, and then the full game for possible hands-on. All at own pace or circumvolutions of parsing. If that was a presentation intent.

I’d probably just quit chess.
Is this parlance for the single game. Like there is nothing else but that game, and resigning is quitting the whole of chess? figuratively or emotionally? Or just a lapsus? Do you secretly want to quit chess? :) Of this acts like you were almost ready to quit chess, but thank Caissa, the tidings were in your favor. Sorry I can't help but derail....
