I did some work on the same line and found some mnemonics to make midgame easier. It's not the perfect line for white but it maintains the advantage and eventually wins.

After Nxf8 you should score an ACE: play a4, c4 and e4
And then it's night-night: get the knights out of there starting square.

This works pretty much in all variations black plays.
