Tournament log entry missing for player

Hi all

I was keen to research my dreaded caro-kann losses yesterday, and i was curious about https://lichess.org/@/Ferstep - he doesn't seem to have a tournament log entry for playing in the Elite bullet.

Not sure how many other players have a missing log entry.

Thought I should mention it just in case it is a new issue which could be more widespread.

The Elite bullet tournament yesterday: https://lichess.org/tournament/tNxN2zeO - i am ranked 11 but you can see I played this player 3 times - game 40 as an example. Also, I can't see him in the tournament either - which is strange too- i thought he was in the top 10 at least..

Seems strange.

I noticed this too in Elite bullet, but also got removed from the following tournaments:

although that's pretty weird considering my terrible play, even though I got first places. Maybe there is some reason for this, but would like to know the reason why

I think lichess banned you and reverted your tournament results and then unbanned you after rechecking. Can you try appealing?

Ok i confirmed it yesterday, @Ferstep played against @WelcomeT0Brixton twice and won both games.(WelcomeT0Brixton) He ended up with a blitz rating of 2233. However his rating graph shows a spike on today May 12th of 16 points. He did not play any games today meaning he was refunded after Ferstep was banned and then Ferstep got unbanned

Thanks for the help @KenulL_76, it's very strange, because Lichess didn't write anything to me in the messages, of course it would be better to get my tournament results back I wanted to appeal, but all I found is that I need to write to the forum

Yes, this is what that looks like. It's a trade-of made in the current system where marked players are automatically removed. Moderators can't change tournament results, so the "missing" status will remain like that. If you played in a prize tornument that was affected - you can contact Lichess on email and incude the orgamizer in a cc.

I first learned about this from a post by moderator Lichess, I don't know how to file an appeal since I don't know how to do it
