it's a Reverse Colorado Gambit and it's a better version cause black doesn't have Bb4 so the e4 square is better covered
but 2.Nf3 is just a better move

I was improvising gambits.
- Nc3 e5 2. f4 is in the Lichess database as the Bahr Gambit (1. f4 e5 2. Nc3) The Bahr Gambit, might actually be more frequently encountered from 1. Nc3 than 1. f4.
Lichess treats 1. e4 a6 2. Nc3 as St. George Defense, but 2. ... b5 triggers Lichess into categorizing the opening as Van Geet Opening.
