Walking into a Steinitz King

During a fresh 3 0 game things became messy and complicated. Then I noticed my king could simply walk forward.

I and probably my opponent as well were stunned by the result. After the bold king move forward it turned out that black queen had no squares left.

Disclaimer : In the opening of this game I wanted to try something unusual and I played g4 and then (...) castled short in a KID opening, and I continued in similar bad style. I also wasn't paying much attention, half sleep walking, perhaps thinking about shopping lists and far away beaches with palm trees or fun OTB chess tourneys, but when I saw the option to send my king into the jungle ... I was w i d e awake, especially after noticing what I had done! :)
