Who needs a queen knight?

Featured is a excellent Rapid chess game between a specialized version of AI Leela Chess Zero and chess grandmaster Alex Lenderman. This version of Leela, LeelaKnightOdds-dev on lichess, was trained on and plays on Nvidia's powerful graphics card, an RTX 4090. LeelaKnightOdds-dev was specifically trained from a start position without a knight. Leela plays without a queen knight in this game. Against Lenderman's Sicilian Defense, Leela chooses the Wing Gambit. After only a dozen moves, Leela finds a setup where every piece is directed towards the black king. Despite black's extra piece, Leela's tremendous kingside pressure soon makes the Grandmaster falter. After only 25 moves, the game ends in checkmate with the black queen not making a single move!
