How it started

In July, Ukrainian Chess began as an active online initiative — not just a club, but a working chess community.

Step by step, we focused on:
• regular activity instead of empty promises
• quality games instead of random arenas
• players who value fair play and progress

Month by month, the community grew stronger.

December Milestone — $4,000 Tournament

In December, Ukrainian Chess reached an important milestone.

We hosted a $4,000 prize pool tournament with the participation of top Ukrainian grandmasters and strong titled players.

This event showed clearly:
• Ukrainian Chess can host high-level competition
• online events can be serious and well-organized
• the community is ready for bigger projects
